Yes, we split the payment into two. The first 50% is usually taken once you have seen the mockup of your homepage and you’re happy to move forward. The following 50% is taken after complete project.

Absolutely! Bug fixes are included with each of our monthly website packages. We'll keep your website running in the same condition it was as the day it launched. This is one of the biggest benefits of being on a monthly plan.

No. We can get started by using placeholder content while you work towards completing your content. We'll even provide you with a content outline to follow to make things easier. This gives you guidance on the type of text and images that would perform best on your website.

Of course! This is your website. We want you to absolutely love it. During the design phase of our project process, we create full-color mockups so that you can see exactly how the website will look and function. These will be submitted to you so that you can review them with your team and/or involved laypeople and give us any feedback about what you see.

Yes. We believe our solutions are some of the best you'll find. Some of our clients see a majority of their traffic from mobile phones. We put a high emphasis on making sure the website experience on a phone is second-to-none.

Yes. You are welcome to give us a call or reach out at any time. We don’t just build your website and then disappear. We are happy to answer any questions or fix something that breaks. However, large scale design or development updates are billed at an hourly rate. Please know that we would never perform work on your website without first discussing the scope of the work and receiving your approval to proceed.

Each project is different, but on average we have a website launched within 3 to 6 weeks. This timeline can be longer or shorter depending on how proactive you are with assets and revisions.

You will own the domain. We will register the domain in your name and address and it belongs to you. This means you have ultimate control over it.

You always have full ownership over your website. Although we'd hate to see it happen, you're free to move your website to a third-party company.
